UT’s Writing Program won the Certificate of Excellence from the Conference on College Composition and Communication in 2012. UT was one of seven schools to win the designation—one of only thirteen schools to have been so designated since the program began in 2004. The award recognizes the excellence of UT’s first-year writing program and Writing Center.
