Statistics Professor Dale Fox spearheaded the addition of walleyball as a new sport offered by the Sports Clubs Office in 1987. Walleyball is a combination of racquetball and volleyball. Played on a racquetball court with a volleyball, it is played like volleyball, except that the players are allowed to bounce the ball off the walls as in racquetball.
