Outsourcing Ticket Sales to Athletic Events

In summer 2011 the UT Athletics Department entered into a contract with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions to sell tickets to football, women’s and men’s basketball, and baseball games. The goal was to increase ticket sales and donations. The IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions general manager and account executives are housed in the Brenda Lawson Athletic Center.

The 13-member UT paintball team won the National Collegiate Paintball Association championship in 2011, coming from behind (1-4) to defeat the California State Long Beach 49ers 5-4.
