Neyland Drive Greenway

In 1995 the City of Knoxville announced plans to develop the waterfront from the east of First Creek to Second Creek, including a greenway that would additionally extend from Second Creek to the Alcoa Highway Bridge and offer a connection to the Third Creek Greenway.

Neyland Drive/Fort Loudoun Boulevard Intersection
