UT Dining Service’s neon green food truck, La Lola Loca, quickly captured a following when it hit the streets (mostly near Hess Hall or Neyland Stadium) in 2012. It offered a wide variety of meat and meatless items, including the popular “lola’rito,” a large burrito with rice, beans, cilantro, tomatoes, and cheese, and packed with chicken, beef, or pork. The food truck accepted Dining Services’ Dining Dollars.
