Delta Phi Omega Sorority

Delta Phi Omega was established on December 6, 1998, at the University of Houston by 17 South Asian women who recognized the need for an organization to promote the advancement of South Asian women. Its mascot is the Bengal tiger; its colors are red, black, and silver; its flower is the white orchid; and its philanthropy is children’s education and literacy. It was established at UT in 2007.
