Alpha Kappa Psi is the oldest coed US professional business fraternity. It was founded October 5, 1904, at New York University. UT’s Zeta Lambda Chapter was established May 10, 1964. The group was inactive from 1971 to 1979. The organization furthers the welfare of students and faculty interested in pursuing and advancing in the field of business. Membership is open to business majors and minors whose GPA meets the standard set by the organization.
