In August 1999 the College of Engineering announced a joint online program in maintenance and reliability with Monash University of Melbourne, Australia. The Australian university’s distance education programs served more than 12,500 students around the world. In North America, undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates were offered by the joint program.
