The parking garage beneath the Andy Holt Tower was built as the first phase of an administrative complex that would include the Student Services Building and the Andy Holt Tower. The $1.2 million parking garage was built first, being completed in August 1968. Bruce McCarty and Associates was the architectural firm for the administrative complex and garage.
