International Linkage Agreements

UT signed its first formal linkage agreement with an international university, Technische Hochschule Aachen, in 1964. International Student Exchange Program

ISEP is a university-to-university consortium arrangement that provides opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students to participate in one-year exchanges or direct attendance. ISEP programs are open to all academic fields. UT became active with ISEP in 1980.
